Our digestive system enables us to energise and replenish our bodies through diet and lifestyle, but often modern living, stresses or food reactions lessen our vitality leaving us feeling out of sorts, miserable, unable to cope with day-to-day living and even fatigued. 
 
Feeling bloated, experiencing pain and discomfort, diarrhoea and/or constipation and seemingly unrelated symptoms of low mood, headaches and joint pain are all indicators that it is time to review what is happening in the gut.
 
Even though we may share common symptoms, we each have our own unique experience influenced by diet, lifestyle, environment and genetics.  A review of these factors is a fundamental in working towards your health goals.  A personalised nutrition plan is developed to support healing, to nurture your body back to good health in a way that is sustainable for your future. 


How I Work

I am passionate about supporting you to achieve your health goals and I work with you over a 12 week period to help you make practical changes to improve your health.  I offer a choice of programmes depending upon the level of support that you may require and how confident you feel about making changes.  It is possible to renew or upgrade at any time.

Personalised Programmes

Each programme offers
  • A personal health assessment
  • A detailed personalised plan for you to follow
  • Recipes and menu plans
  • Health, wellbeing and coaching handouts
  • Supplementation guidance will be recommended as appropriate and a check-in to make sure that they are suiting you and working optimally.
  • Where relevant, a referral to your GP for tests or the use of a functional laboratory will be suggested - the cost of any testing will be agreed with you in advance and a full analysis and report of the findings will be given to you.
  • Coaching to support changes that will make progress sustainable.
 

Classic - £295


If you would like an MOT style review of your diet or know that you need to do something about your health, are self motivated and feel you that will be able to make changes with minimal help and support then this is the package for you.

This includes 3 face-to-face/Skype consultations with personalised health and lifestyle recommendations, plus brief telephone and email support to answer your individual questions (longer/more complex questions will be dealt with during consultations).  Support, information and handouts are included so that you have everything you need.
 

Comprehensive - £495

 
You likely know from experience that you will benefit from having more regular support to help you stay on track.  If you feel that both coaching & guidance towards your goal will make a significant difference with your progress, then this is the package for you.

This includes 5 face-to-face/Skype consultations (fortnightly) with health and lifestyle recommendations plus health coaching to be able to make new habits and lasting changes with confidence.  Brief telephone and email support to answer your individual questions (longer/more complex questions will be dealt with during consultations) along with all additional information handouts and coaching tools.
 

Elite - £995

 
If you know you that you want the most comprehensive wellness tools, along with very regular nutritional input and coaching this is the likely route for you.  Consultations will be tailored to your specific requirements to work through complex health issues with access to more coaching support sessions.

Weekly face to face/Skype meetings will be a regular feature of coaching support alongside health and lifestyle recommendations personalised to your busy lifestyle.  The more intensive health coaching sessions are geared to support you making new habits and lasting changes with confidence.
